Cooking Classes with Capri Villas

If you're an accomplished home cook or simply want to learn the secrets of island and international cuisine, take a cooking lesson with Capri Villas in one of the most scenic villas on Capri.

On the sweeping terrace of Villa La Vedetta, Renato De Gregorio, chef Chaîne des Rôtisseurs de la Gastronomie Mondiale, Michelin Starred from 1968 to 1980, inspector of Guida Rusconi "Ristoranti sotto l'albero" and culinary expert from the Hospitality Academy on Capri, will teach you all the most traditional dishes from the Mediterranean.

The class lasts three hours, and you will prepare five dishes together, including traditional recipes from Capri and international favorites, all of which you can sample during the final tasting.

We will provide everything you need during your lesson, including aprons, paper and pens to take notes, and a copy of the recipes you will prepare to take home with you. At the end of the lesson, you will receive a certificate of completion as a memento of your day. Lessons are given in English and French, spoken by the chef, and Russian (with a translator), upon request.

Cooking Classes in a Magical Location

Cooking classes are held at the Villa La Vedetta, and elegant villa with a view over the sea, the Saracen fortresses, and the islands in the Bay of Naples.

The villa has a professional kitchen, a large terrace with a gazebo and open-air kitchen, and a dining room for the final tasting. There is also a pool and sundeck where you can relax at the end of the class!
