Villa Francesca

Villa Francesca is located at 5 minutes from Capri’s square by feet walking a long stair called Acquaviva street.
The entrance is faboulous Capri’s style very ancient with two big white columns and a wood gate of green colour. The access is in common with another property, but entering we find a door of villa Francesca. We get a wonderful white colonnade that brings to house entrance.

Here we find a large terrace in wood with elegant divans, solarium with a Jacuzzi Hydromassage and an exernal shower.

The terrace is set up with a design furnitures and we have inside an ice maker and a small refrigerator. Beside we get another terrace with sea view on the north side.
Here there is a pretty design rettangular table with chais of iron. Interior we have divans, idlers, chairs, artworks of modern design.
The satellite tv is of 45 inches. We have air conditioned air in the sitting room and in the bedrooms.
We find an American kitchen very full set with 5 cookers, a large refrigerator with a large freezer, a sink with 2 baths, elettrical oven, dishwasher, microwave.
The bedroom with a French bed for the housekeeper is in the corner and it gets the washing machine and dry machine and a shower. Beside we find a half bathroom in the railing of house.
Then we get 2 bedrooms with 2 frenchbed one down and another up. The two French beds are connected by a stair of brick. Samething for the second bedroom.
Every bedroom has a shower. On front we find the master bedroom with bathroom with shower en suite.
Here there is another tv and a private exit on the main terrace.

Villa Francesca is a perfect house for a family of 6 people that they love to be in quietly , but being far only 5 minuted from Capri’s square.
